Our project successes include:
- the architecting of a CRM solution for a major UK corporate, involving sales, sales management, call centre – inbound and outbound, marketing, customer profitability;
- the design and development of a prototype solution for the Home Shopping market, encompassing all areas of end-to-end customer management, including customer targeting, order taking – call centre and web, physical distribution and delivery, financial integration;
- the development and implementation of call centres for a number of large UK companies;
- the design and implementation of large analytical solutions for identifying customer behaviour and their integration with operational customer systems.
